These African blackwood pens are handturned and made specifically for hand lettering. Each pen is turned by hand without a duplicator so each pen is unique, however the design, style and ornamentation will be the same as is pictured in the images. African blackwood is a very strong, dense and stable wood that is used for musical instruments (bagpipes in particular). This wood makes a strong, long lasting pen with a little bit of weight. It is by far our most popular wood for pens.
These pens are handmade in our workshop in Texas.
