Scrolls are handmade in our family shop using wood spindles and medium-weight drawing paper for the writing paper. All paper is one solid piece 9" wide and 72" long. Medium weight drawing paper is a more substantial weight paper and can stand up to writing, drawing, & painting. It is not a lightweight paper (as often seen in movies), but is a 90 lb drawing paper. Choose your spindle color: natural oak, black walnut stained, or gold painted.
